  • My Best Friend's Park

If your best friend is a pooch, bring him or her to My Best Friend’s Park, which has moved to a larger and shadier space at the southwest corner of Pearl Street and Woodall Rodgers Freeway! There you can relax, while Fido makes new friends and runs off some zoomies in our fenced-in play area for dogs.

  • Nancy Best Fountain

The Nancy Best Fountain is a free interactive water feature open to the public, thanks to the generosity of our donors. Each night from 7 - 10 PM, the Fountain performs a medley of music that is choreographed with artful water movements and dancing lights. The Fountain also performs a non-illuminated version of the show at 12 PM for your lunchtime enjoyment.

  • Reading Room

The Reading Room offers a variety of books, magazines and board games for visitors to peruse and play. Year round, guests embrace this cozy retreat for reading, relaxation and recreation amidst the lively urban landscape of the Park.

  • Restrooms

Clean, air-conditioned restrooms are conveniently located throughout the Park, including in the Sheila and Jody Grant Children’s Park, next to La Parada on Olive Street, and on the East Lawn near the Nancy Best Fountain. Our maintenance team services these facilities throughout the day because we believe even the smallest details contribute to an exceptional Park experience.

  • Sheila and Jody Grant Children's Park

Our youngest visitors (12 and under, please!) will find 18,000 square feet of fun including a 35-foot climbing tower (one of only two in Dallas!), a kid-sized climbing wall, two water features, a tree-top lookout, and even a birthday party pavilion for rent. Restrooms also available.
