Experience a full-body workout that incorporates H.I.I.T. (Hight Intensity Interval Training) and Pilates principles. This workout is high intensity to help get us in shape and keep us in shape. It's LOW Impact, so it's easy on the joints. Exercises are performed barefoot on a yoga mat.
