Mindfulness Meditation with Dallas Yoga Center
Join a Dallas Yoga Center (DYC) mindfulness expert on Saturdays from 11 to 11:30 to experience mindfulness meditation. Practices will include sitting meditation, breathing techniques and mindful movement.
