Klyde Warren Park                                Dallas Arts District

The Klyde Warren Park and Dallas Arts District Public Improvement District (PID) was created in 2014 to invest in the beloved 5.4 acre green space and the largest contiguous urban arts district in the nation. The Klyde Warren Park and Dallas Arts District PID continues to have the lowest assessment rate of all Dallas PIDs at a rate of 0.025 cents per $100 valuation.
